Looking for Donald Dean Davis, born 7 - 23 - 1965, in Rawlins, Wyo.
Was placed in the Carson City Orphanage, Carson City, between Aug & Dec of 1967, when he was about 2 - 1/2 yrs. He was adopted from there.
We know he is bi - racial, but hasn't registered anywhere that we can find.
His Mother, Phyllis Davis, is living in Wyo.
