I lived on Mills St near Broadway... and remember that he would call out: Ragsa, Rags..... I also remember that my folks who had a "ginmill" would have 3 metal garbage cans to seperate the borken glass bottles for trash day -- one for green glass, one for brown glass and one for clear glass; and the trash cans would be removed from the yards at about 4 am on trash day by the santitaion workers.....
