I had access to the census area at Fremont Library for a few days and then all of a sudden I couldn't get on without a password, so I emailed them to find out why.
This is the reply email.

Kathy;

By the terms of our contract with Heritage Quest, we can provide at-home online service only to the residents of our library district. The recent ability of anyone, anywhere, to access this database through our website was a configuration error, which has been corrected.

As you indicate that you live ourside of our area, I'm afraid that we can not personally help you. I suggest that you contact your own local public library and see if they can purchase a subscription for local patrons.

I'm sorry I couldn't give you better news.
