Lori,

Thanks for the info. I have been to Familysearch numerous times, but
apparently I was blurry eyed and didn't see the right Schmidts.

The spelling for Teresa is different in three censuses, but she is the
right age and in the right location.

I have previously written to Buffalo for vital records and they replied
that they did not have the records that I was seeking.

The Erie county web site indicates that they have records for the time
period for the individuals that I am looking for.
I contacted them before and they told me to contact Buffalo. I guess I
will just go back to Erie and see what they say this time.
