Erie County Court of Common Pleas
Alien certificates and records, 1831-95, index, 1831-1930, LDS film
#0979256, and others. This includes records kept by the county court,
superior court and supreme court.
Alien declarations, 1837-96, index, 1835-1906, LDS film #0979358, and
others.
Final applications for naturalization, 1895-1906, LDS film #0979256, and
others.

City of Buffalo Superior Court. Alien declarations, 1839-95, LDS film
#0979360, and others. The Recorder's Court of the City of Buffalo kept
these records prior to 1849.

The original records of all of the above are at the Erie County
Courthouse in Buffalo.
