Thank you, Pat, for all your hard work. I have a question that is probably
not easy to answer, but I would really like your input.
I would like to find out about my gr gr gr grandfather, Daniel Feeney. All
I know is that he was born in Ireland and his wife's name was Elizabeth
Feeney. She was born in NYS and I have seen the grave of Elizabeth and
their daughter, my gr gr grandmother, Catherine Eliza Feeney Lasher, wife of
Jerome Lasher. Elizabeth, Catherine and Jerome are all buried in Lenox
Rural Cemetery in Canastota, NY (Madison County). There is no marker on
Catherine's grave and I haven't seen one for Daniel either. Do you think I
have anywhere near enough information to find my Feeney line? By the way,
Elizabeth (Daniel's wife) died on April 28, 1861 age 77 years 4 months.
Therefore, she was born around 1784 and I assume that Daniel probably was
too.Will all of his information be too old to research? Thanks for any help
you can provide.
