I also have Tre(a)dwell ancestors. They were born in Conn., but moved to
NYC> I learned, recently, that the old Merchant Home in NYC, which is an
original was owned by Seabury Tredwell. I am wondering if there is a
connection. There is someone , maybe on this site?, who was trying to
connect it for me. Mine were hard to find on microfilm and nearly impossible
