Numerous WW I and WW II Army records were destroyed in a fire. I was unable
to WW I record and WW II and Korea Army records from Military in Baltimore.
However, casualities records weren't mentioned. Separation papers can be
ordered, but only if you know the individual's service number.

I had excellent result obtaining my father's WW I Navy record. Naval records
are stored in a different facility so were not destroyed by the fire.

Casualities are possibly held in the state where they entered the service.
