Check the county courts in both counties, Saratoga and Albany, that is
where the records are stored. According to, 'New York State Probate
Records' by Gordon Remington, they are at the Surrogate Court. Here are
the addresses he gives:

Albany County Surrogate's Court
15 Eagles St, Albany NY
518-487-5393

Saratoga County Surrogate's Court
30 McMaster St
Ballston Spa NY
518-884-4722

Both courts' records start in 1790s. I would call them first and check
the address before you visit. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
