I see alot of information you put on the mailing list . I am hoping you can help me or anyone can . My mothers family was from Co. Tyrone Ireland . When my mother was growing up her dad would tell her a story of his father hoping a train and just becoming a hobo . But we find that it may have been his great grandfather who lived in Utica NY .
My problem is now that how do I find out what happened to him if this is what he did . I now that he left his wife in the 1920's and by 1930 the city directories say that she is widowed . How can I found what happened . I know when he was born - His parents- who he married - who his children were . But he just came up missing . I am totally stuck .
