My GGGGF was John Taggart, born about 1830 in Ireland--lived 59 Laight St. in Manhattan in 1880.  Wife:  Bridget Quinn.  One known child, Mary Taggart, born Ireland 1850's, married John McNulty 1871 NYC.  Maybe there's a connection?

Are the Grooms Index at the NYC NARA online? I'm trying to find my grandparents marriage somewhere in NYC with no luck so far. William Taggart married Harriett G. Nevins on 17 Mar 1894. Thank you for any help or suggestions.
