I'm new to this list and not sure if this question is too basic. I'm trying to
locate Peter Kozak, born in New York (best I can do) in about 1928, lived in
Manhattan while an adult, was in the Navy. If he retired from the Navy is there a
locator service I can use if he's drawing a pension? If left the Navy too
early for that, will they search for him and verify his service for me? I suspect
not since it's too recent.

This fellow is my cousins half-brother and she hasn't seen him in many, many
years. I'm trying to help her reconnect.
