to go to Plattsburgh [NY], September, 1814, and served 11 days in Capt.
George Atkin's Company, 4 Regt. [Peck's]."

prepared and published under the direction of Herbert T. Johnson, The
Adjutant General, 1933, page 258.
Sorry, I do not know if this soldier is related to your KNEELAND family
nor if
NEALLAND is a spelling variation.
