Thank you very much for these leads. Eileen, if you are sending the photo as
a scanned image by e-mail my address is <> . That time
period that you mention would be helpful.
Lois, I was very grateful for your note with the information about the photo
technology of the time, and for the two beautiful photos. You are doing a
lot to help me get the "larger picture"... I did not get back to you on
Sunday because I was caught up in a huge household task of a sort. A
gracious son had volunteered to come and raise my desk by planting some 2 X
4's under it, to make it easier for me to work at it. Before he could do
this, I needed to remove the large quantities of papers I had accumulated on
and in the desk. Nobody else probably has my bad habits, and so it will be
hard for you to imagine the piles of paper that got put on my dining room
table and chairs. They needed sorting, and some will get tossed in the
recycle bin, but I needed time to go through them. That's what I have been
doing for a couple of days.
I appreciate your interest, and the time you are taking to help.
