“ Eddie Donnelly "Big Fellow"starts for the Trojan baseball League as
pitcher. Troy gets a base runner when first baseman Conners gets hit by a ball
from Utica's team.Catcher Maurice Spiesman advances him on a
sacrifice.Then Donnelly hits a outside twister and Conners scores, giving Troy the lead.
They are threatened in the sixth when catcher Spiesman throws to second
baseman Frank Gatins,Gatins fires back to Spiesman and they get both Utica
runners out.Troy wins the game 1-0.
