What was called West Troy is now Watervliet, in Albany County.

I think I have located the family I have been searching for in the 1860 US
Census. The page says Home in 1860 - West Troy Ward 4, Albany, New York. I
thought Troy was in Rensselaer County. I am confused, can any one help?



Next question; the census form says the family lived in Ward 4. Is that the
same Ward I find in the Troy version of the 1865 NY State Census?
