POULTNEY, Vt.--Morris Joseph Williams, 53,
died suddenly Friday night at is home on York street, Poultney, Vt. He
was born April 17, 1907 in Hampton, N. Y.
He was the son of Burt and Josephine (Donsolow ) Williams.
He was a resident here for the last 23 years. He was a member of St.
Raphael's Church.
Survivors include his wife, Edna; four daughters, Mrs.John Amerio of
Hampton, N. Y., Mrs. Frank Maslack, Miss Patricia Williams and Mrs. Ray
Cooper, all of Poultney, Vt.
Also a son, Morris Jr., now in Africa with the U. S. Air Force, his
father, Burt Williams of Hampton,N.Y., two brothers, Roy , of Fair
Haven, Vt., and John of Hampton, N.Y. a sister, Mrs. Harry Winters of
Poultney, Vt, and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services are pending the arrival of his son from Africa.
Friends may call at the Roberts-Lantman Funeral Home Saturday from 7 to
9 p.m. and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Rosary will be said at the funeral home Sunday at 8 p.m.
