My family, SALTALAMACCHIA, came to America from Sicily about 1928, 5 years one
way of the other of the date. They settled in NYC and moved up to Albany and
finally Amsterdam, NY. I was wondering if you could look up that name and
tell me any information you may come across. They may have had their name
changed at Ellis Island to SALAMACK so those are two names, one family, to
look for.
