Sand Creek is a road but not the road the Times Union and Library are on
that
is Watervielt Shaker road. Sand Creek Rd runs from Colonie at Route 155
(Watervielt Shaker Road) it is a right hand turn just after Memory
Gardens (a
cemetery) at the light with the church on the corner, It continues
toward
Albany and intersects Wolf Rd. Cross Wolf Road and keep on going you
will pass
Sand Creek Jr. High (at least it was a Jr. High when I went there) on
the
left. The cemetery is on the left pass the school. I believe it is in
west
Albany. the Phone book list it as St Johns lutheran church cemetery
phone
