Looking in the Albany 1813 directory I do not find any spelling like
Overin.
The closest I come to your second request is:
Sturdivant, Zebina, grocer, 63 Lion
Sturdivant, Mrs, washerwoman,96 Pearl.
Of course spellings can get creative!
Also here is the Courtney:
Courtney, widow Bridget, 4 Maiden lane
