My apologies it this is redundant.
Kinship Books is the publisher, if your local library does not have a copy.
Other venders probably sell it, but tag on a price. The maps are great.
My parents drove all over the place looking for the cemetery about 15 years
ago, and no one knew where the cemetery was.
It is probably unfortunate that some of the records are hard to get but
abstracting material is a hard task, and at some point that trying question
has to be asked who benefits. Quite often to prepare a book like that, the
person who walked the cemetery made repeated visits to double check. One of
the best genealogist/ historians works I have ever seen were bound in book
fashion after her death, but show how her work developed. That she used all
sorts of kinds of papers amazes some, but her work was accurate if she took
the time to work on it further. I did find some that was wrong, but is was
something she was given and it was clear that was what happened.
