I have the book of all the marriages of St. Joseph's parish in Cohoes, N.
Y.from the beginning Oct. 1867 to May 1999. In it, I found:
Gauthier, Pierre 18 June 1882Tetreault, Marie
Witnesses:
Francois Tetreault & Henry Cards
There were no names of parents for either Pierre or Marie Tetreault.
Sorry. Usually the parents are there but not this time.
I did not find any marriages for a Wilfred or Joseph. There was one for a
Joseph Arthur Gauthier who married Sadie Whittaker but that was later on
Aug. 25, 1956. His father and mother were Henry Gauthier and Hatty
Lapointe. This Joseph was baptized in Quebec. If you want that
