First ...Thank you cliff for the information...Everyone with Dutch ancestors
would be wise to keep this info at hand..... I had one Dutch gggggrandmother
who bless her heart followed the Dutch order of naming for her children to
perfection.... that with her birthdate and birthplace enabled me to find her
family...with the help of course of folks who knew and understood this....
She did this even though she was married to an Englishman..... Her daughter
in law who was also Dutch on the other hand completely ignored tradition in
naming her children....
