Good morning - I have an opportunity to spend the day in Albany this coming
Monday. Hoping some kind soul can help me with some information. I'm
seeking birth, marraige and death records, probably from the late 1800's,
early 1900's. I believe the Vital Records are at the State Department of
Health (don't have the address); first am I correct? Is there some way
better I could spend my time??? Is the Department easy to find and use, and
is Albany a pretty easy place to get around and park?

Any help sure would be appreciated...definitely!!
