Has anyone seen anything to confirm the rumor that the fee's for Birth,
death & marriagre certificates from Albany will be increasing from $11 to
$30 effective April 1, 2003 ??

I have received several e-mails from people alerting me of this, but I have
not found anything on the Albany web site to confirm it..

Is this just one big rumor??
