Hello Terre,
No William or Martha Walker in the 1961-62 Telephone directory. There is a:
Mrs. Bradley Walker, 305 Colonie, HE 4-4800
I checked the 1962 Albany City directory, and none of the 3 were listed.

1958 Albany City Directory:
Walker, Bradley W. (Delores) USAF h. 298 Hamilton
Walker, Wm. A., lab Arsenal (Wvliet) h. 21 Catherine
(no Martha)

1954 Albany City Directory:
Walker, Bradley W.(Delores) USAF h. 319 Hamilton
Walker, Wm. A., lab Arsenal (Watervliet) h. 21 Catherine
(no Martha)
h. = house
lab. = laborer
