LUCILE GELSER JAMISON
Mrs. Lucile JAMISON, 77, died Monday, May 15, 1972, in St. James Hospital, Hornell, after a brief illness.
Born in Fillmore, June 8, 1894, she was a daughter of Lorenzo and Minnie HOVEY GELSER. She was the widow of Llwyn H. JAMISON. She had lived most of her adult life in Sarasota, Fla., returning to Canisteo last month.
Mrs. JAMISON was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Canisteo, and a life member of Aurora Chapter # 248, Order of the Eastern Star in Fillmore.
Surviving are a son, Lloyd G. JAMISON, of Canisteo, with whom she made her home, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Crandall & Crandall Funeral Home in Canisteo, Wednesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral and committal services will be held there Thursday, May 18, 1972, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Fillmore.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Memorial Fund of the First Presbyterian Church of Canisteo.
