So, is the consensus that Tacy Freelove Coats Welch and Sally Coats Spicer were sisters? If so, I'd like to make that link in my genealogy program. Two of the Welch daughters married into my Wright line and Sally's son Russell married into it as well. Small world there in Allegany County.
