ALSTON-At Rochelle Park, on Sunday, Sept. 1, Al-Maria, wife of Geo. W.
Alston of New York, aged 77 years, 1 month and 16 days. Funeral services
at Woodbridge, N.J. on Thursday, Sept. 5, at 1 o'clock. Relatives and
friends are respectfully invited to attend. Train leaves Pennsylvania
Railroad Depot at 10 o'clock.

CHAMBERLIN-Suddendly on the 31st utl., Charles A. Chamberlin, in the 44th
year of his age. Funeral from his late residence, No. 137 4th av., on
Thursday, the 3d inst., at 2 P.M. Interment at Greenwood.

COLE-At Spring Valley, Rockland County, N.Y., on Friday, Aug. 30, Rev.
Isaac D. Cole, formerly Pastor of the Reformed Church at Tappan. In the
80th year of his age. The funeral services will be held in the Reformed
Church at Tappan, N.Y., on Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 12 o'clock. The clergy and
friends of the family are invited to attend without further notice.
Carriages will be at the station at Tappan on the arrival of the Northern
Railroad train which leaves the foot of Chambers st. at 9:45 A.M.,
returning trains leave Tappan at 1:35 and 3:18 P.M. It is requested that
no flowers be sent.

COPE-On Sunday morning, Sept. 1, at his residence No. 175 East 78th st.,
John Robert Cope, in the 39th year of his age. Funeral from Prospect Hill
Reform Church (Rev. Dr. Quackenbush), 85th st., between 2d. and 3d. avs.,
on Wednesday morning, Sept. 4, at 10:30 o'clock. Relatives and friends of
the family also the members of the envelope and stationery trade are

Long Island, in the 56th year of his age. Relatives and friends are
