LAD INJURED BY FALL FROM ICE WAGON STEP
Eleven-year-old John MARTIN, of 745 Franklin avenue, tried yesterday
afternoon to climb on the rear of a moving ice truck at Franklin avenue
and Sterling place. He slipped from the step against one of the wheels,
the tire of which cut his face and internally injured him. He was put
under treatment for his injuries in the Swedish Hospital.
The truck is owned by Rudolph EIBS, of 751 Franklin avenue and was in
charge of the driver, John WALSH, of 674 Franklin avenue.
Arthur G. REYNOLDS, who died May 3, by will of Aug. 10, 1908, leaves an
estate of realty of $1,000 and personalty of $150 to his sister, Bess R.
William WALLACE, who died July 6, by will of Dec. 20, 1910, leaves
everything to his widow, Gertrude WALLACE.
