Yes, I started having problems yesterday (8/31) afternoon. By last
night I couldn't access it at all. I use Netscape and the error
message said 'Netscape couldn't find the server, error 11'. It may be
Netscape's problem. I sent them a blistering email last night about
it. Haven't tried it yet this AM.
