I have attempted to obtain the Poor House Certificates film from NY
State, through inter Library Loan. They claim they don't lend out. Does
anyone have experience researching Poor House Records for Kings County NY ?
Although according to "the Poor House Lady" these films can be purchased for
$25.00 each. That would amount to 29 rolls X $25.00. Anyone have any
suggesstions ?
