George FADER
George FADER, son of Mary FADER STEELE and the late Frank FADER, died
yesterday. Funeral from his residence, 87 Franklin avenue, Monday at 9:30 A.
M., thence to St. Patrick's R. C. Church, Wiloughby and Kent avenues, where a
mass of solemn requiem will be celebrated. In addition to his mother he is
survived by his father, Benjamin STEELE; one brother, Harry STEELE; one
sister, Grance STEELE. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery under direction of
George T. McHugh.
Walter M. HOST
Walter Martin HOST died Sunday. He was seventeen years of age and had been a
resident of Brooklyn al his life. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Sofus HOST, and one brother, Harry William HOST. His remains will repose at
the chapel of Edward C. HALVORSEN, 5312 Eighth avenue, until Sunday morning
when they will be removed to his late home, 647 Seventy-first street, where
services will be conducted at 1:30 P. M. followed by interment at Valhalla
Burial Park, Staten Island.
Patrick MONAHAN
Patrick MONAHAN, a veteran of the Spanish-American War and formerly for forty
years a resident of the old Sixth Ward of Brooklyn, died yesterday at the New
York State Soldiers' Home at Bath, N. Y. He served in Company I of the
Twelfth New York Infantry. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. JUDGE, and
three sons, James, Patrick and John MONAHAN. The funeral will be held at 9 A.
M. to-morrow at Bath, N. Y.
Alphonso SANTOLI
Alphonso SANTOLI, born in Italy sixty-seven years ago and a resident of
Brooklyn for twenty-seven years, died Wednesday at his home, 634
Ninety-second street. He is survived by one son and one daughter. The funeral
will be held at 9 A. M. to-morrow with a requiem mass at the R. C. Church of
St. Patrick, Fort Hamilton. Interment will be at St. john's Cemetery, under
direction of John J. DARRAUGH & Son, Inc., 8817 Fifth Avenue.
Antonio TEDESCO
Antonio TEDESCO, a resident of 65 St. Edward street for over twenty-five
years, died Wednesday. He is survived by his widow, Giuseppa; two sons,
Joseph and Ralph; three daughters, Mrs. Jennie cCONA, Mrs. Tessie DI GIANNI
and mrs. Incoronata SEPE, and nineteen grand children. He was a member of
Cara Italia Lodge No. 789, Order Sons of Italy in American, and a member of
the St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church on Concord and Prince streets, where
a solemn requiem mass will be celebrated to-morrow morning, the Rev.
Alexander CIOCIA officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, under
direction of M. PIRO'S Sons, of 153 Navy street.
Francis J. ANGERS
Francis J. ANGERS died Thursday at his home, 2530 Foster avenue.

POLICEMAN DIES
Patrolman Benjamin IANNICELLI, of the Coney Island station, died yesterday of
spinal meningitis in Coney Island Hospital.
He had been a member of the Police Department for the past twenty months and
was stricken last Saturday while on his vacation. He was twenty-four years
old and lived with his parents at 1437 Seventy-fifth street.
A detail of one sergeant and eight patrolmen from Coney Island station, under
command of Capt. James H. GILLEN, will serve as an escort to the funeral
cortege to-morrow. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.

GEO. M. SMITH, REALTOR, DIES
Flatbush Man Succumbs to uremic Poisoning.
George M. SMITH, head of George M. SMITH & Company, well known Fiske Terrace
real estate operators, died suddenly Wednesday of uremic poisoning at his
home, 1312 Glenwood road.
He was born in troy, N. Y., fifty-seven years ago and had been a resident of
Brooklyn and engaged in the real estate business for the past twenty-eight
years. He was a member of the Flatbush Chamber of commerce, the Brooklyn real
Estate Board and Crescent Lodge, F. and A. M.
Mr. Smith is survived by his widow, Bertha DITTMAR SMITH; a son, George M.
SMITH, Jr.,, one brother and one sister. The funeral services will be held at
his late home at 8 o'clock to-night and interment at 10 A. M. to-morrow will
be at Lutheran Cemetery.
DR. LOUIS A. BALL DIES
VETERAN WOODHAVEN PHYSICIAN LONG ILL.
Funeral services were held at 10 A. M. to-day for Dr. Louis A. BALL, a
practicing physician in Woodhaven for forty years, who died Wednesday, after
a lingering illness at his home, 9306 Woodhaven Boulevard.
Dr. BALL was born in Alsace-Lorraine and was a graduate of Buffalo
University, class of '89. He is survived by his widow, Sarah M. BALL, and a
step-daughter, Susan BALL. Interment followed at Maple Grove cemetery.
PHILIP BOYLE DIES
Requiem mass will be celebrated at 9:30 A. M. to-morrow at the R. C. Church
of Our Lady of Angels, Fourth avenue and Seventy-fourth street, for Philip
BOYLE, a retired sergeant of the New York Police Department, who died
yesterday at his home, 7017 Ridge Crest Terrace, Bay Ridge.
Mr. BOYLE had been in ill health for some time. He is survived by his widow,
Delia; two sons and two daughters. he had been a resident of Brooklyn for may
years. Interment, under direction of John F. FAGAN, 384 Henry street, will be
at Holy Cross Cemetery.
