John WISENFARTH died yesterday in Lutheran Hospital in his sixty-first year.
He was born in Germany and had been a resident of New York City for
thirty-nine years. he was a retired woodturner. He is survived by his widow,
Antoinette; three daughters, Anna GAISER, Christina and Catherine, and a son,
Charles. Requiem mass will be celebrated at 9 A. M. tomorrow at the Church of
St. Michael, Jerome street. The funeral will be held from his late home, 341
Hendrix street, at 10 A. M. Thursday, followed by interment at St. John's
Cemetery under direction of John METZNER, 2890 Atlantic avenue.

Andrew NEENAN, husband of Elizabeth NEENAN, died Saturday at his home, 584
Morgan avenue. He was born in Ireland fifty years ago and had been a resident
of New York City for thirty-two years. He was for twenty-six years employed
by Austin Nichols Company. He is also survived by two daughters, Kitty and
Mrs. Florence CRONIN; four sisters, two brothers and three grandchildren. He
was a member of the Church of St. Cecelia, where requiem mass will be
celebrated at 10 A. M. tomorrow. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery
under direction of William P. Murphy & Son, 87 Herbert street.

Ethel H. CANTY, died yesterday in her thirty-third year at her home, 374
Palmetto street. She was born in New York City and lived eighteen years in
Brooklyn. She was a member of the Sea and Land Presbyterian Church. She is
survived by four sisters, Elsie PICKETT, Edna MUHLFELD, Mylisie LINDNER and
Hazel DIEHL. The funeral services will be held at 8 P. M. tomorrow. Interment
at 2 P. M. Thursday will be under direction of Bernard A. RUOFF, 1434 Myrtle
avenue.

John W. TICE, husband of Jennie GRIFFIN TICE, died Saturday at his home, 372
Monroe street. He is survived by his wife, Jennie. He was a resident of
Brooklyn for thirty-eight years and was employed by the Delaware & Lackawanna
R. R. (Wallabout office) as cashier for over twenty-one years. He was a
member of Simpson M. E. Church. Funeral services by the Rev. Ernest WALL and
Dr. William J. THOMPSON were held last night at 7 o'clock. Interment will be
at New Hurly Cemetery, Ulster County, N. Y., under direction of William J.
LANNING, 294 Vanderbilt avenue.

Valenty POLANIS died Sunday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Catherine
STEVENSON, 156 Garfield place. He was born in Poland and was a resident of
Brooklyn for forty-five years. He is survived by four sons, John, Harold,
Andrew, Edward; four daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth SABIN, Mrs. Catherine
STEVENSON, Mrs. Mary BERANDT, Mrs. Anna YOUNG; two sisters, Mrs. Mary BUSH,
Mrs. Michalena KOZLOWSKI. Funeral from a his late home Wednesday; thence to
the R. c. Church of Our lady of CZENSTOCHOVA where a requiem mass will be
celebrated at 9 A. M. Interment at St. Francis Xavier's Cemetery, New
Milford, Conn., under the direction of S. K. SZUTARSKI, 246 Twenty-fourth
street.

William Henry LAHEY died Sunday at his home, 223 Halsey street. He was born
in Brooklyn sixty-two years ago. He was the son of the later Patrick LAHEY, a
well known fire captain of Brooklyn. He was the husband of the late Mary
DEVINE LAHEY. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Catherine MCCARTHY, and
Mrs. Mary HANLEY. Funeral Wednesday at 9 A. M.; thence to the Church of Our
Lady of Victory, Throop avenue and Mc Donough street, where the Rt. Rev.
Monsignor Thomas J. O'BRIEN will offer a requiem mass. Interment will be in
Holy Cross Cemetery under direction of Jere C. CRONIN, Inc.

Edmond J. MURPHY died Saturday in his forty-second year at his home, 277
Seventh street. He is survived by his widow, Mary MC LEER MURPHY; six
children, his mother, Mary DOYLE MURPHY; two brothers, James and Patrolman
Patrick Murphy, and a sister, Theresa MURPHY. He was a member of Post 1116,
Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Woodrow Wilson Democratic Club and the Holy
Name Society. The funeral will be held at 9 A. M. tomorrow, with a requiem
mass at the Church of St. Thomas Aquinas, Fourth avenue and Ninth street.
Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery under direction of Harold J. REID,
116 Utica avenue.

Frank C. KOHART, sixty-six years ago, one of the pioneer contractors in the
development of Flatbush, died yesterday at his residence, 1784 Kenmore place.
He was a member of the Midwood Council, Royal Arcanum, and a member of the
Royal Arcanum Club. He was well known nationally in Royal Arcanum circles. He
was one of the organizers of civic betterment in the Flatbush Tax Payers
Association. His wife, Lottie CHAPIN, KOHAT, died a little more than a year
ago. He is survived by three sisters, Miss Anna KOHART, Mrs. Amelia FIALA and
Mrs. Fannie CARRY, and a son, Frank C. KOBART, Jr., Services will be held at
the residence Wednesday at 8:30 P. M. The Rev. Charles William ROEDER, pastor
of the Flatlands Dutch Reformed Church, officiating. Interment will be at
Cypress Hill Abbey at 10 A. M. Thursday.

Helen A. MAHER, daughter of the late John and Bridget MAHER, died yesterday
at her home, 273 Macon street. She was born in the Eastern District and was
formerly a parishioner of the Church of St. Vincent de Paul. Upon taking up
her late residence she became a communicant of the Church of Our Lady of
Victory and was a member of the church societies. She is survived by two
brothers, John S. and Peter J. MAHER, and two sisters, Anna E. and Mrs.
Lillian BALLOU of Buffalo, N. Y. The funeral will take place Thursday, at 10
A. M., and after solemn blessing the interment will be at Calvary Cemetery
under direction of Thomas H. IRELAND. Requiem mass will be celebrated at the
Church of Our Lady of Victory, Monday, at 10 A. M., the Rt. Rev. Monsignor O'
Brien officiating.
