REVENGE COSTS HIM HIS LIFE; DRIVER, BESTED IN FIGHT, CRASHES TAXI INTO RIVALS.
Vengeance boomeranged to-day on Frank M. PAAR, 25 years old, of 10 Malcolm avenue, Richmond Hill, and cost him his life under peculiar circumstances.
Spitefully endangering himself and the taxicab he was driving, PAAR plunged the machine into one driven by Christopher R. MURPHY, 25, of 188-21 One Hundred and Twentieth street, St. Albans, Queens, in front of 445 West Fifty-third street, Manhattan.
MURPHY wasnt injured, but PAAR, emerging from his taxicab, collapsed at the feet of a pursuing patrolman and a few minutes later it was found he was dead of a broken neck.
Apparently the jar of the crash had snapped back his head so forcefully as to inflict the fatal injury.

STROKE FATAL TO JOHN SCHOLL; BROOKLYN BASEBALL CLUB OFFICIAL DIES ON BEACH; EBBETS EXECUTOR; WAS HEAD OF WHOLESALE BUTTER AND EGG FIRM.
John SCHOLL, one of the directors of the Brooklyn Baseball Club and head of the firm of SCHOLL-MAY Company, of 147 Reade street, Manhattan, wholesale butter, egg and cheese merchants, died suddenly from a heart attack, late yesterday afternoon, while on the beach at the foot of Beach Thirty-seventh street, Sea Gate.
Mr. SCHOLL, who was apparently in the best of health, was clad in his bathing suit and had just returned from swimming, when he complained of feeling ill. Dr. LEBER of Coney Island Hospital was summoned, but he died before the arrival of medical aid.
He was a member of the Freemasons and was secretary of the Sea Gate Association. He was the husband of Christine SCHOLL. The funeral arrangements have not been completed.
Mr. SCHOLL, who was executor of the estate of Charles H. EBBETS, was sixty-two years old and lived at 4017 Highland avenue, Sea Gate. His home was one of the show places of the summer resort.

Gerald BRADY
Gerald BRADY, seven-year-old son of Frank and Nellie BRADY, died Sunday at his home, 59 Newell street. The funeral will be held from his late home, at 2 P.M. to-morrow, and interment will be under direction of William VOGT, 142 Norman avenue.
Frank B. WAGNER
Requiem mass will be celebrated at 10 A.M. Thursday at the R.C. Church of St. Brigid, for Frank B. WAGNER, a salesman and a life resident of Brooklyn, who died yesterday in his thirty-fourth year at his home, 397 Woodbine street. He was a member of Brooklyn Lodge, 22, R.P.O. Elks. He is survived by his widow, one daughter, his parents, one sister and three brothers. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery under direction of Fred WEIGAND, 319 Dill place.
George C. STADTLER
George C. STADTLER died yesterday in Mary Immaculate Hospital, Jamaica. He was born in the United States and was a retired letter-carrier of the New York Post Office. He is survived by a son, William C. STADTLER and two daughters, Mrs. A. CARROLL and Mrs. E. CORCORAN. The funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. to-morrow at the funeral chapel of Mrs. Frances STENGER, 289 St. Nicholas avenue. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
Michael KOSTIK
Michael KOSTIK died at his home, 1570 Greene avenue, Sunday. He was born in Austria. Coming to this country in his early youth he settled in the Eastern District of this borough. He lived for many years in the Fourteenth Ward in the old Williamsburg section. He was formerly an active parishioner of the Church of St. Vincent De Paul and upon taking up his late residence became a regular attendant at the Church of St. Bridget and was a member of the church societies. He was associated for thirty years with the Brooklyn Eastern District Terminal Company. He is survived by his widow, Veronica KOSTIK; his four daughters, Mrs. A. ROZEA, Vera, Teresa and Pauline KOSTIK, and his son, Stephen F. KOSTIK. The funeral will take place Thursday at 9:30 A.M. and after solemn requiem mass at the Church of St. Bridget by the Rev. Monsignor YORK the interment will be at St. Johns Cemetery under direction of Thomas H. IRELAND.
