The new York times is accessible from 1851-2001 (I think) through Godfrey
Memorial Library. The cost of membership is $35 yearly. Is this is what
you were seeking?

Good afternoon List:

Does anyone have access to the New York newspaper that a person can sign up
for on the net? Right before Christmas, when there was a free trial going
on, I discovered a SCOWCROFT that I was interested in. However, being busy
at the time, I thought I would take care of it later. Well, later is was no
longer free.

I do not remember the date, but the name in the article was AUGUST
SCOWCROFT. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
