Does anyone know how to get a old death certificate dated 1944 amended? I
have my gg father's death certificate and half of it was left blank and I
have the answers to the questions and want to fill it in for future
generations.. MUNY says I have to go to the Vital Stats office, the vital
stats office told me I had to go to MUNY, and now I wonder.. thanks Karen
