I've been lurking also, reading all the posts. Haven't been able to offer much help as I've been quite busy with work, kids, etc. I have been able to find many distant cousins who have helped me fill in the blanks.

It's still a great list.

But politics doesn't belong here.
My great grandmother didn't like the religion, ethnic background, and most of all, the politics of her son-in-law, my grandfather.

Made for much unhappiness in my grandmother's life.

Let's not go there.
