Frank, go to http://www.rootsweb.com/~nygglshp/1892_Brooklyn_Churches_from_Bklyn_Daily_Eagle_Almanac.htm
(or use http://tinylink.com/?NNP4g4phsd).
"Churches from "The Brooklyn Daily Eagle Almanac" 1892. BROOKLYN CHURCHES" has a listing for John G. HEHR at First German Presbyterian Church on Leonard Street at the corner of Stagg. I do think that's what the pastor signed on the marriage certificate.

My ggf and ggm were married by a pastor living at 57 Stagg Street on 26Aug1894. Looking at Google for 57 Stagg Street, Nancy's Brooklyn pages, and NYC building information I can guess the nearest church was the First German Methodist Church on the corner of Stagg & Lorimer. However, to be sure of the church I looked in The German Churches of Metropolitan NY by Richard Habesrstroh for who appears as the pastor as John E. Hely. The only John listed is a John G. Lutz. As far as the Pastor's name I would appreciate if you viewed it at www.frankdillman.com/pastor.htm Is the church still standing?
Might that letter behind John Dillman be an "F"? Thanks, Frank
