I have nothing on the school, but Armbruster (1942) has the following
(which may or may not be your church/school):

p. 282: The First Baptist Church was founded in 1839; in 1849, the
Church erected a new building at Driggs and South 1st (I know that is no
longer there); in 1858, 30 members left and formed the Central Baptist
Church; in 1865, 41 members left and formed the Lee Avenue Baptist Church.

Then (also p. 282): "The First Baptist Church and the Lee Avenue Baptist
Church consolidated and erected a new church building on Lee Avenue and
Keap Street, which was dedicated in 1885."

and then:

p. 283: In 1911, "the First and Central Baptist Churches merged" and the
Central property (at Marcy and South 5th) was sold.

This convoluted history of spin-offs and mergers is fairly typical for
19th century Brooklyn churches. Based on the above, though, your 1911
church was probably at Lee and Keap (I don't know what is there now).

Note that there was also a "First Free Baptist Church" at the corner of
Marcy & Keap, and a "First German Baptist Church" at Montrose & Union.

to paraphrase Walter, this information may not be useful, but it is
interesting.
