Hi!
For Supreme Court records (SC), write: Pennsylvania State Archives, P.O.
Box 1026, Harrisburg PA 17108-1026. There is a $10.00 per name search fee
which includes the first ten copies of material. To initiate research, send
a check or money order payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, The
records cover the period 1794-1868 and usually contain only the following
information: person's name, country of former allegiance, date of petition,
and affidavit of acquaintance.
This is copied from an information sheet found at the State Archives. I
would send them the information you have, along with your check. I do not
know the wait-time for this request.
Hope this helps!
