You can write to the National Archives on Varick street in Manhattan,
enclosing the information from the index card, and for $10 they will
send you a copy of the Petition for Naturalization. Their response
time may be a few months.
Naturalization Petitions from Common Pleas and a few other NYC courts
have been filmed by the LDS, so it'll be cheaper and faster to go that
route. The rolls for Common Pleas in 1872 _start_ with FHL #0967326.
They're indexed under "NEW YORK, NEW YORK - NATURALIZATION AND
CITIZENSHIP".
