In response to a query by re naturalization papers you
stated how to get papers after issues after Sept 26th 1906.
Recently, I received naturalization papers from two ggrandfathers both
issued prior to that date, in fact both in the 1880's. I received them
by E-mailing
the N Y archives...The Intent papers did not come with them. I was
hoping to receive the intent because it is said to contain a great deal
of info.
Are these papers in some sort of place I
might request them from in NYC (MANHATTAN) . COMMON PLEAS
N Y COUNTY. ?
Is the form G 639 good for dates prior to
1906?
