M-F 10 AM - 4 PM. Closed for lunch, usually 1-2 PM.

The rest of Surrogate's Court is open 9 AM - 5 PM, M-F, and their computers
(1964-present) are available, if you find yourself pacing in front of the
locked liber room, waiting for it to reopen at lunchtime.
