Hi, Joan,
I called them about 2 weeks ago. For several tries, I got the very scary phone message
that due to a fire their office is in temporary quarters, and it gave hours that you
could call (I think 10-2 weekdays). Finally on about the 4th try, a very nice woman
answered the phone and assured me their records are OK, and gave me the plot and grave #
of my uncle's grave and the cemetery hours for visiting. She didn't have any more
information than that, but that may not be true of other people's graves. There are
workers around, so even if it is "abandoned" at least some care must be going on. If you
are planning a trip there, could you please let me know? I live in Massachusetts, and
would love to know the condition of the grave and if there is a stone. I saw the
designation "abandoned" too, and couldn't figure out what it meant if someone was
answering the phone!
