This note, written on the back of a Chatham National Bank deposit slip
(with the preprinted blank date 186__) was with my (French)
gggrandfather's papers.

"Adresse de Daniel Humbert, Flatbush Hospital, Ward No 11, 3rd floor,
take Hamilton Ferry."

I haven't found a listing for this hospital in Brooklyn directories and
wondered about it. I was also wondering about the Chatham Bank.

I appreciate any information you may have.
