I have recently received a death certificate for my uncle, who died in New
York City, in 1948. He had been hospitalized for 40 days before his death,
but the death certificate shows that his death was due to "Natural Causes",
more fully described in the confidential medical report filed with the
Department of Health.

My question is, does anyone know if I can get a copy of this "Confidential
Medical Report", and if I can then how would I go about obtaining this record?
