Hi Listers,

I am researching for a dissertation about the effect of the Southcottians on
English social history. This religious group existed in England in the 19th
century and had it strongest following in the northern industrial towns of
Yorkshire and Lancashire. There was also a group of followers in New York,
who built their sanctuary in 1851. The address of this Sanctuary of the
Christian Israelite Church was 108 First Street. The sect has long since
died out in NY, but does the Sanctuary building still exist?
