A goodly number of people with TB went to the mountains for a "cure". I
know my grandfather, father and his brother all spent time in the Saranac
Lake area. My Uncle died from complications of TB in his early twenties in
Haines Falls, NY and was buried in Flushing Cemetery which is in Queens.
Have you checked family graves?
Peace, love and laughter,
Elizabeth V. Cardinal
