If you had uploaded your family tree to rootsweb, you could download
your gedcom into your database and save yourself a lot of typing.
I use a Mac so I do not have those kinds of virus & worm issues, but
I found it very useful to upload everything from my Mac gedcom and
then download it into my aunts pc for her when she bought Family Tree
Maker. Saves a lot of time.
